Bogie Load Testing Machines are Custom Built for Load Testing of Railway Bogies. The Bogie Rolls into the Machine Integral with Board Gauge Rails and Undergoes an Operation of Repetitive Loading and Unloading as per Test Program. The Load vs Deflection Characteristics are Graphically Recorded and Checked for Allowable Deflection Patterns.

Nut splitting with hydraulic nut splitters and cutters is the safest method. It takes less time and avoids costly damage to joint components. The head design fitted with heavy duty chisels permits the splitting of nuts on a wide variety of applications. With the two blade models nuts are split from two sides in one action.

Portable track pin press makes it possible to disassemble and reassemble chain sections, driving wheels, pulleys, rollers, gears, bearings and shafts in the field or workshop. Hydraulic track presses are used for the removal or installation of the pins from the undercarriage tracks of excavators, bulldozers, tanks, tractors, and similar track propelled machinery. High hydraulic pressures are required to force the pins which hold the modular plates, a portable hydraulic track field press (manual hydraulic or electric pump) is available for smaller machine tracks and larger fixed electrical machines are available for larger machinery tracks (suited for a workshop).
